Mar Aberto is a show that mixes through a contemporary drama, the unlikely event of the appearance of a giant piano and the attempt of a group of actors recreate the story described by Ernest Hemingway in his novel 'The Old Man and the Sea'. Inherent in their own fragility and the recount, the actors are taken to live involuntarily the universe itself that evoked. Through their mistakes and coincidences, 'The Old Man and the Sea'is the revealing of the very bowels of the giant piano where a huge housing fish holds the inside of a stage that crumbles slowly.
Aesthetically surreal and poetic, dramaturgy and the design of Open Sea, give way to an honest and direct relationship with the public, which is necessary in building the entire event.
The show reveals passionately and persistently, man's struggle for survival and his charm to life, this fragile and surprising.
